These Terms of Service govern your use of loaner vehicle rental services provided by Pinnacle Auto Rental. By accepting a rental vehicle, you agree to these terms.
Each rental is governed by the Loaner Vehicle Assignment of Liability Agreement signed at the time of vehicle pickup. These Terms of Service supplement that agreement.
To rent a vehicle from Pinnacle Auto Rental, you must:
Daily rental rates are established at the time of pickup and disclosed in your rental agreement. Rates are typically $35–$55 per day depending on vehicle class. Rental periods are charged per calendar day.
A payment card authorization is required at pickup. Your card will only be charged for amounts disclosed in your signed rental agreement. We use Stripe to process payments securely.
You agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage during the rental period. Pinnacle Auto Rental is not responsible for damage to personal property left in the vehicle. You are liable for any damage to the rental vehicle not covered by your insurance.
Vehicles must be returned at the time and location specified in your rental agreement. Late returns are subject to additional daily charges at the rate stated in your agreement.
